Returns & Refunds


Each Fit 'n' Fun Ferris Cat Wheel is covered by a limited manufacturer's warranty for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery. This covers replacement of cat wheel parts that are broken or damaged during normal use by cats or small animals weighing no more than 11.33kg in an indoor setting only. This Warranty does not cover damage sustained to the EVA foam tiles or the six (6) skate wheels. Fit ‘n’ Fun Cat Wheel is not responsible for any damage(s) caused by our products. Warranty requires that the wheel assembly, placement, location, and positioning must follow the guidelines covered in the Assembly Manual. In other words, this 1-Year Warranty will be made void if:

  1. the wheel is assembled outside or used outside;
  2. the wheel is broken or damaged due to incorrect assembly; and
  3. the wheel is damaged due to animals, people, or objects resting on the wheel that exceed a total weight of 11.33kg.

In the event that your items are found damaged upon delivery, please send clear photos within 48 hours to info@fitnfuncatwheel.com.au and we will send out replacement parts as soon as we can (pending inventory availability).

Fit ‘n’ Fun Cat Wheel will accept returns on products that have NOT been used or assembled in any way, with the packaging for the products still intact. For returns, we ask that your please contact Fit ‘n’ Fun Cat Wheel within seven (7) days of the product's delivery to request a refund. A 35% restocking fee will apply. Return shipping costs are not paid for by Fit ‘n’ Fun Cat Wheel. Orders cancelled prior to shipping are subject to a $30 cancellation fee. Refunds are issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, we ask that you please check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially processed. Next, contact your bank to see if a refund is marked as received/pending. If you’ve checked both your banking and credit card company and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@fitnfuncatwheel.com.au and we'll try to resolve the issue.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Fit 'n' Fun Cat Wheel will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for a variation of the same item, please contact us at info@fitnfuncatwheel.com.au and we will help you through your exchange. Please note: Shipping fees for exchanged items are not paid for by Fit 'n' Fun Cat Wheel.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We suggest that you use a trackable shipping service. Because we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. It is important that you are able to track where your returned item is when we do not receive it.
